Our company Researched and Developed the supersonic frequency quenching equipments, specially for concrete pump pipe inner wall , include the following 3 parts:

1.LSG-160kw supersonic frequency power resource;

2.LD-SK32 numerical control quenching machine tool. Cooperate with the quenching power resource, and use CNC systems and KND/Siemens/and other proprietary systems. We can realize process procedures’ selection/ deletion/modifying/ invoking/manual/automatic/heating/rotating/spraying water ect;

3.Coaxial water-cooling sensor: This sensor is our company designed and developed professionally for pump pipe. It  achieved spraying and quenching simultaneously.
